Global Reach

FFG's strategic network of 18 US and one Shanghai,China-based production facilities supports customers’ logistics needs. Through a production partner, FFG also supports customers in Denver, Honolulu and Houston.

FFG assures a seamless transition from design to production by 
designing menus incorporating readily available, quality ingredients and adhering to clear production specifications, while ensuring that nutrition/allergen information is accurate and that labels are tightly controlled.

FFG’s outstanding Food Safety & Quality Team, under the leadership of industry expert Dr. Paul Hall, assures that  appropriate HACCP plans are consistently maintained. Regular audits are conducted by internal QA staff and by external auditors, including Silliker, Medina and the Hygiene Institute.

All Fresh Food Solutions facilities are USDA-certified. In addition to food production, these facilities perform a range of packaging and distribution functions, including pick-and-pack operations.

Each Airline Catering facility has the fleet, team, ware-washing and equipment-handling infrastructure to cater customer flights on time--every time.

Superior Customer Support

FFG supports its customers through a national network of production facilities located in major US cities, as well as one facility in Shanghai, China. The 18 US catering facilities include seven sites that produce food solely for airline customers, five that focus solely on Fresh Food Solutions customers and six servicing both FFG airline and retail customers. Production facilities are located in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Hartford,Honolulu, Los Angeles, Miami, Newark, New York City, Orlando, Phoenix, San Francisco, Seattle and Washington, D.C.

FFG’s core culinary teams support all food production operations, working collaboratively with FFG sourcing, costing, regulatory and quality teams, as well as with production teams and with customers, to guarantee a seamless transition from design to production

Because FFG’s quality team is involved at every step in the production process, HACCP plans for all facilities are appropriate and procedures are consistently followed. Every FFG facility that produces food for Fresh Food Solutions customers is USDA- certified.
